You don’t need fixing. You’re perfect as you are. Right now. Not when you lose 15 (or 100!) pounds. Not when you get that house, job, partner, or other elusive goal. Even if you have anxiety, depression, overthinking, a complicated relationship with food… nothing is wrong with you.
Yes, we’re often told something about us is not good enough. There’s no end to messages telling you that you need to improve 1% every day, or find happiness, grow up, or finally become successful.
But that’s not true. You are not broken. There is nothing wrong with you that needs to be fixed. You are worthy. You are loveable. You belong. And when you know and believe this to be true- that’s a game-changer.
